Do you have cloud-based programs?

While we get this question frequently, we often ask in return, "How does the cloud help ensure that your accounting is in compliance? How does the cloud ensure that your bills are going out exactly the way you want them? How does the cloud guarantee accuracy in the billing, the accounting, court deadlines, or other absolutely critical areas of your practice? How does the cloud help you automate your document creation and document assembly practices so that you can maximize the value you're producing for your clients while minimizing the chance for errors and minimizing the amount of time your staff is spending doing repetitive (yet critical) tasks?

Yes, there are solutions we can employ that can get you the features you want from a cloud based solution WITHOUT needing to sacrifice the essential functions you need to run your practice. However, we understand it is easy to have your head turned when you see convenient apps and slick user experiences, and while we wish our favorite tools had some of these "nice to have" elements, we know we cannot sacrifice the essential for the non-essential. At the end of the day, we're not selling software, we're selling you a fully implemented technology solution to run your billing and accounting and practice management. This is not about the tools alone, it is about what we can do with the tools inside of the firm.

Our office manager is retiring and no one else knows her "system". Can you help?

Absolutely! In fact, that's one of our special talents. We can do a forensic deep dive into your system and find out how your firm's billing, accounting and practice system works right now. We'll discover which areas work well, and which can use some improvement. Hint: there is always room for improvement. Then we'll source and implement the right software to make it better. Oh, and we'll train your employees to use it so your firm continues to run at peak performance.

Our attorneys each have a different way they prefer to track time. Can you help us find a software that works for all of them?

Of course! If you're asking about specialized time tracking, accounting or non-standard billing requirements, then we're the consulting firm for you. We have seen almost every type of accounting need in our years of experience working with law firms, and we've seen almost every type of billing requirement we can think of in the same amount of time.

What about expense reports? Can you make them easier?

We believe software should make running your business easier, not more complicated. And expense reports are one of those headaches we can easily remedy with the right software and training.
